Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Extensions

I came in today and started to work on of my .Net 2.0 projects today and while the solution would build successfully last Friday its hosed today. I start up VS2008 and open my project to the tune of 233 Errors. So the error below is what im getting multiple times.

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

First I want to point out that im using telerik controls (http://www.telerik.com/products.aspx). I now remember last Friday I dropped an Ajax grid onto one of my pages and it asked me if i wanted to enable Ajax or something along those lines. At them time I thought sure sounds good why not. This is what caused the problem. It turns out you have to have the ASP.NET AJAX 1.0 kit installed on your development machine. I did not have this installed. This was causing the numerous errors. So I downloaded the kit and installed (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=ca9d90fa-e8c9-42e3-aa19-08e2c027f5d6&displaylang=en). Restarted VS2008 and built the solution without any errors .
