Having problem in Blackberry

Hi all, recently I have purchased Blackberry 9380 curve touch screen phone.I have seen the mobile first time and I like the look. So purchased, but I am having problem while opening applications in phone. It gets hanged many time while opening any application.I have just contacted the customer care for the solution and withing few hours they called me and said to submit the phone to the nearest Blackberry service center. I did the same and after 3 days I got my phone back. My problem Has been solved. Thanks to the Blackberry Quick service. I really love to use Blackberry phones.
