Virus/Spyware blocks batch files, AVG updates

Ran into this nasty bastard yesterday. It immediately kills all batch files and regedit, and blocks AVG updates. I couldn't run combofix because it's based on batch files. I finally found the fix to run combofix in safe mode from a flash drive. Unfortunately it infects combofix on a download so I couldn't run it. Luckily I found a good combofix that I had downloaded a few days ago saved on my flash drive.

Combofix ran and deleted an ActiveX Video something folder from Program Files. Reboot, and all is well!

I have also faced the same problem. My most important files get deleted and everywhere new folders created whenever i click. Finally I format my entire system and installed New Operation System.It was happen because I forgot to update my Antivirus software.

Now Every week I scan my PC with Avast and also update the Avast antivirus.
